Six Sigma
The Six Sigma strategy is a systematic, data driven approach to problem solving, widely recognized in a variety of industries for its proficiency at reducing defects. And it is not just for the manufacturing sector any more! Projects entail five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control.
Black Belt Training
Our Black Belt training will develop a skilled resource dedicated to problem solving. The process entails 16 days of training spread over four months. This allows time for project application between the sessions. Participants complete a process improvement project prior to Black Belt certification.
Green Belt Training
Our Green Belt training will enhance the skill set of your employees, enabling them to lead improvement projects in their respective areas. The five phases of Six Sigma are introduced in eight days of training, typically delivered over two months. A project is required for certification.
Coaching
We also offer individual and group coaching services for your leadership development programs. Working with our experienced coaches, your leaders will discover their own strengths and weakness and will develop personalized development strategies for becoming the kind of leaders they were designed to be and that your organization needs.
