Quality Fundamentals

Every organization utilizes some portion of their workforce to monitor product or service quality to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. They usually have an eye for detail and high level of integrity. Although there are many functions of someone working in Quality, this course presents the process improvement role.

The course is 24 hours in length. A case study is utilized to apply the concepts. The topics in this course are very practical in their application. The content of the course will include:

A Quality Control Technician has an eye for detail and a good work ethic. They ensure the product leaves the facility at the customer’s specification.

This course is 5 days (40 hours) in length.  It may be done in one week but could also be done a day at a time. It can be presented in person or online.  If done online, it will likely be with a live instructor. Recorded modules will be available, but sometimes it is hard to finish without the encouragement of an instructor. If online is chosen, expect regular contact from an instructor.
