Six Sigma Master Black Belt Training

Our Master Black Belt Six Sigma Training will develop a skilled resource dedicated to problem solving. The process entails 16 days of training spread over four months. This allows time for project application between the sessions. Onsite support is available following each session. Participants complete a process improvement project prior to Black Belt certification.

Six Sigma Green Belt Training

Our Green Belt training will enhance the skill set of your employees, enabling them to lead improvement projects in their respective areas. The five phases of Six Sigma are introduced in eight days of training, typically delivered over two months. A project is required for certification.

Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing/Office

Offered from either manufacturing or office perspective, our Lean training gets your teams actively involved in process and workflow improvement.

Six Sigma Curriculum Development

Our team of experts can work with you to create customized six sigma curriculum and materials, using your data, your projects, your organizational structure for use with your own training staff. Or we can provide you with the same cross-disciplinary material we use in our own training sessions.
