Stress brings out the worst in people. So how do you respond when those people (or you??) are best described as “difficult?” This seminar coaches you through the process and even provides you with a proven way of predicting how people will respond to negative circumstances. Participants consistently give this seminar the highest marks!
We all know them. We’ve all worked with them, served with them, and lived beside them. Maybe we’ve even been accused of being one!
Many times, we chosen to avoid them. But that’s not always possible. Especially within the work place.
This seminar is designed to help you accomplish these goals. With the help of a DiSC profile, you will learn how the four basic personality types respond to stress, and discover effective leadership techniques for leading each “difficult” people type.
About the Seminar
Typically offered in a half-day format, this seminar begins by introducing participants to the DISC profile and helps them identify strengths and weaknesses for each of the four basic personality types.
Then, building on this knowledge, the seminar teaches participants how these personality types respond to the kinds of stressful situations that ultimately result in the emergence of the “difficult” personality types.
The seminar includes detailed strategies for working with “difficult” people.
Remember! Each of our seminars can be custom designed to meet your specific needs and time frames.
